Arranging lessons

Enquiries made through this website are requests, not bookings. A lesson exists only once the instructor has confirmed the date and time with you directly.

Lesson plans are agreed between you and the instructor, and adjusted as you progress.

Payment

Magic Wheels accepts payment by cash or bank transfer.

Payment is due 48 hours before the lesson, or when the lesson is confirmed.

There is no online payment on this website. Payment is arranged directly with Magic Wheels.

Where a block booking is not fully used, the remaining hours are refunded. A £50 administration fee is deducted from the amount refunded.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Pupils must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, Magic Wheels may charge the full price of the scheduled lesson.

This policy applies equally to all pupils because late cancellations may leave insufficient time to offer the lesson slot to another learner.

Pupils should contact Magic Wheels as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.

If the instructor needs to cancel

If Magic Wheels needs to cancel or rearrange a lesson, you will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.

Any payment already made for the affected lesson will be transferred to the rearranged lesson, or refunded where a suitable alternative cannot be agreed.

What we need from you

Before driving on a public road you must, by law:

• Hold a valid UK provisional (or full) driving licence, and bring it to your lessons
• Be able to read a number plate at the distance required for the driving test, with glasses or lenses if you wear them
• Tell the instructor about any medical condition that affects your driving, and about any driving ban
• Be fit to drive, not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that affects you

The car

Lessons take place in the instructor's dual-controlled vehicle, which is insured for driving tuition.

The instructor may end a lesson early if it is not safe to continue. Safety comes before the lesson plan.

Test day

Use of the instructor's car for a practical driving test is subject to availability and instructor approval.

You must have completed enough lessons with Magic Wheels for Hasan to be satisfied that you can use the car safely and independently. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed, and Hasan will not take a pupil to a test if he considers them unsafe or unprepared.

Test booking details and arrangements must be confirmed with Hasan in advance.

No instructor can guarantee a test result. What is offered is preparation, not an outcome.

Liability

Magic Wheels will provide driving instruction with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Magic Wheels is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including driving-test cancellations, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns or road closures.

If something goes wrong

Please raise it with the instructor first, most things are settled with a conversation.
